ConvoArc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use this content in real conversations. AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
The ConvoArc name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of ConvoArc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the scenario descriptions and context you provide to the Service. You may use AI-generated conversation trees for your personal or internal business purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOARC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
